A year and a shuffle of the deck later, Moses Guest found themselves with practically a new lineup. Their second studio release, and first under Aufheben Records, is entitled “American Trailer Home Blues.” A recipe of sounds and imagery captures the essence of the southern-alternative groove. From its funk oriented melodies of Americana Swang to the psychedelic riffs on the live version of FLY, “Trailer Home” redefines the stereotypical “southern sound” and unleashes a raw energy that is seldom heard in today’s music.
